Here are some experimental portraiture photos that I took a few days ago. There are no impressive gadgets, no specialized lightings, no make up artist, no complicated lens, no impressive backdrops and certainly no studio. Only the photographer, the model, his D70 and a 50mm f/1.8D. The Nikkor 50mm is indeed a very sharp lens and works well in low light.

Thank you for your comments. Yeah, I think it'd look much better had the lighting be different. It is too yellow...
